Horst Kemmeter

Horst Kemmeter is a Mechanical Engineer, is working in nuclear business since 1982. The steps of his career are shift supervisor, head of the quality ensurance department, head of operation department for both units Biblis A & B; between 2006 and 2011: Managing Director NPP Emsland, since 2012 Vice President (Plant Manager) NPP Biblis – NPP Biblis lost his permission for operation in 2011, now he is responsible for decommissioning of both Units, Biblis A & B.
